At your 6 week check up, often you will be given the go ahead to return to activity and told to listen to your body, but what does that really mean? So many questions left unanswered.... So here I am a Kinesiologist, a qualified health professional to shed some light. 

You will find fitness related articles that will help you through the postpartum period, everything from how & where to begin, exercise breakdowns, what to avoid, tons of pelvic health education and lots of fun workout ideas.
