Pelvic Mobility Overview:
Today, we’ll focus on releasing the pelvis at three levels:
1. Inlet: The top of the pelvis where the baby engages. External rotation movements will help open this area.
2. Mid Pelvis: A common area for the baby to get stuck. Asymmetrical movements will facilitate opening here.
3. Outlet: Where the baby exits during pushing. Internal hip rotation is key for this phase.
Working on pelvic mobility now is essential for helping the baby navigate during labor.
