Empowered Birth: Prenatal Fitness & Birth Prep

Mountain Mom Strong is all about connecting to your body before birth.

It's about supporting your growing body with breathwork, deep core activation, mobility, full body strength with a focus on posture and glutes. 

Prepare for birth by learning to relax the Pelvic floor, how to push and increase mobility in pelvis so baby can navagate its way out. 

Weve designed the workouts to create space and stability in the pelvis, through strength and mobility.  We want to keep your glutes and deep core active and strong to minimize aches and pains. We will strengthen  your posture so your ready to hold, feed, rock, pick up and put down baby, it’s a marathon and you need strong postural muscles.

Movement durring your pregnancy can help you have an active pregnacy with less aches and pains. its can also help speed up postpartum recovery. Let us help you increase your strength and stamina for birth & confidence in your bodys ability to birth a baby.
