Whether you’re expecting or in your third trimester, our tailored progressive workouts are suitable for all weeks of pregnancy.  You’ll learn to create space and stability in the pelvis through targeted strength and mobility exercises. We focus on keeping your glutes and deep core active to minimize aches and pains.

We’ll also help strengthen your posture, ensuring you're ready to hold, feed, rock, and care for your baby. It’s a marathon, and strong postural muscles are essential! Let us help you build strength and stamina for birth and boost your confidence in your body’s ability to deliver.

Pelvic Mobility Overview:

Today, we’ll focus on releasing the pelvis at three levels:

1. Inlet: The top of the pelvis where the baby engages. External rotation movements will help open this area.

2. Mid Pelvis: A common area for the baby to get stuck. Asymmetrical movements will facilitate opening here.

3. Outlet: Where the baby exits during pushing. Internal hip rotation is key for this phase.

Working on pelvic mobility now is essential for helping the baby navigate during labor.
