In-Person Group Programs

We offer in person group fitness classes for Prenatal and Postpartum Moms in both Pemberton and Whistler, Canada. Join Sara Niblock, Kinesiologist and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Yoga Instructor Kristen Warren on a customized journey to better support your pregnancy and postpartum health and fitness goals.

  • Initial onboarding survey and 1:1 zoom consultation 
  • Weekly coaching, workout classes and check-ins with Sara 
  • Be supported and held accountable to reach your goals 
  • Build a Community and find balance in Motherhood
  • Share your experience and network in-person with like-minded Mamas 
  • Learn to create space, time and healthy habits for yourself
  • Our in-person group programs are integrated with additional workouts and homework through the Mountain Mom Strong Fitness Collective on-demand app. Membership is required to join the group program - available at a discount for participants.

Prenatal In-Person Group Programs

Postpartum In-Person Group Programs

It’s time to reconnect! Learn how to move your new body with intention and purpose. Get back to your sports and activities with confidence and remain injury free. Discover Postpartum for more information on this phase of your Motherhood journey.

Postpartum Foundations

Slow is Fast when recovering from birth, no matter how your child entered the world. In this 6-week program, you will learn to move with intention and reconnect with your core, strengthening your body from the inside out. We’ll begin with breathwork and gentle mobility exercises to restore your breathing patterns and reconnect your diaphragm to your pelvic floor. The focus will be on activating your pelvic floor, deep core, and glutes, establishing a strong foundation for your recovery. This program is designed for those a minimum of 3 weeks postpartum.

Important:  Babies need to be in a fairly immobile stage for safety reasons. No fast crawlers and no walkers please.

Postpartum Return To Sport & Exercise

After Postpartum Foundations, it’s now time to strengthen your body with fundamental movements, increase mobility and slowly reintroduce impact. Our focus will be on progressive full-body exercises that prioritize your pelvic floor and core while addressing diastasis recti, incontinence, and preventing future injuries. Together, we’ll work to correct any dysfunction from pregnancy and bridge the gap between physiotherapy and a return to sports and other activities. You’ll leave feeling more confident and ready to engage in your regular routines. If you’ve completed the online or in-person Foundations program or spent significant time with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, you can jump straight into Return to Sport & Exercise.
