Mountain Mom Strong is dedicated to helping you reconnect with your body before and after childbirth. Our focus is on breathwork, correcting dysfunction, restoring your pelvic floor and core, and gradually increasing load and intensity. You’ll build the confidence and strength needed to return to the trails, mountains, and everyday life!
Slow is fast when recovering from birth, regardless of how your child entered the world. Our on-demand programs are designed to teach you how to move with intention and purpose.

Step 1
Choose the program that’s right for you! Join us from 16 weeks prenatal, 1 day postpartum or 265 days into your Motherhood journey!
Step 2
Complete the 12-16 week progression workouts, yoga and meditation classes in each program. Choose to stay as long as you’d like, or progress to the next program when you’re ready!

I’m a Mom, Athlete, Kinesiologist, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Founder of Mountain Mom Strong. I’m so excited you’re here!Â
While there's a wealth of information on newborn care, the focus on self-care for mothers during the postpartum period is often overlooked. That’s why I created Mountain Mom Strong—to shift the narrative around motherhood and empower women at every stage of their journey.
Change starts here! My mission is to educate, support, and inspire moms to take charge of their bodies during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Mountain Mom Strong offers a comprehensive on demand program filled with resources, guidance, and community support to help you prepare for and recover from birth, ensuring a safe return to fitness and sport.
