While our weekly classes provide valuable in-person connection and guidance, meaningful progress happens with consistent, intentional practice. For that reason, our group programs are thoughtfully integrated with additional workouts and educational resources inside the Mountain Mom Strong Fitness Collective app.

Using the app alongside weekly classes helps you reinforce what you’re learning, stay consistent between sessions, and continue progressing in a way that supports your body between classes.
