  • No! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to active moms. Workouts are progressive and adaptable, allowing you to move at your own pace and safely build strength.

    • Prenatal: Prepare your body for birth, reduce aches, and maintain strength during pregnancy

    • Postpartum: A 12-week program to restore, repair, and rebuild strength after childbirth

    • Beyond: Ongoing training to continue building strength for motherhood and mountain-specific sports

  • Most workouts are 10–20 minutes and require minimal equipment. They are intentional and effective, perfect for busy moms who want results without spending hours exercising.

  • You’ll need basic equipment:

    • Dumbbells (light to medium)

    • Resistance bands

    • Yoga mat or soft surface

    • Pilates Ball

    • Exercise ball

    • Foam roller

    • Lacross Ball

    No fancy gym required—you can do most workouts at home or on the go.

  • Yes! Our programs are safe for both vaginal and C-section recovery. Workouts are designed to gradually rebuild core and pelvic floor strength while respecting your healing timeline.

  • All programs are delivered through the Mountain Mom Strong app. Once you join, you can access workouts anytime, anywhere—perfect for fitting into a busy mom schedule.

  • The Beyond program is for moms who have completed Postpartum training or are ready to continue building strength and resilience. It focuses on maintaining fitness, supporting mountain sports, and keeping up with your daily life while minimizing injury risk.Item description

  • You can absolutely combine both! Our in-person group programs are integrated with the app, so the app supports your weekly classes and helps you continue progress between sessions. It’s a great way to build lasting strength and confidence

  • No problem! All workouts are on-demand, so you can pick up where you left off. The programs are designed to be flexible around your schedule.

  • Yes! We recommend it to all moms, regardless of strength or birth experience. 

    Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists will assess you and let you know if you have a Prolapse, Diastasis Recti or a Hypertonic Pelvic Floor. Together, Mountain Mom Strong exercises will complement your physiotherapy plan.

  • Mountain Mom Strong goes beyond an app—we provide a holistic approach for both physical and mental wellbeing, including mobility, strength, breathwork, and meditation. Founded by Sara Niblock, a mom, athlete, and postpartum specialist with 15+ years of experience, our programs teach you the “how” and “why” behind each exercise.
